I have a 50th Anniversary (1920-1970) Corn Belt Council CAMP-O-REE patch. I have one of the few left as the most were burned. I was told 38 years ago to hold onto it, that it will be worth something. I'd like to post a picture of it on here if I figure out how to.
Your Lincoln Patch could be from; Springfield,IL. which holds a Lincoln pilgrimage the last weekend of April each year. Or it could be from a Council in Southern Indiana as there is an annual Lincoln Pilrimage held in Southern Indiana. I hope this helps. RussMathews@yahoo.com
This patch is from the Detroit Area Council Lincoln Pilgramage that was held at Charles Howell Scout Reservation (CHR). The value is about $5.00 if you are willing to trade it I would be interested. ttewyckoff@yahoo.com

It's not one issued by Abraham Lincoln Council.
Abraham Lincoln Council's annual "Lincoln Pilgrimage"?

I found this:
- "Lincoln Pilgrimage" reference on Wikipedia. (link)
- "Lincoln Pilgrimage" license plates (link)
A little bit later, I found this:
- History of the Boy Scout Pilgrimage to the Lincoln Shrine
I think that's enough to answer your question. :)
